Roller Shuttle Window
The old awning at my house was replaced with roller shuttle windows yesterday.

Yes. It is an old house. A lot of repair has to be done. I am repairing it slowly as the labour cost here is expensive. Probably DIY will help.
The property price is sky rocketing high in the past five years. Adelaide is slightly better. My house is further away about 16km from the city centre and much cheaper. The price range in my suburb is around $230K - $350k depending on the condition. A house which sold at $230K is merely just the land value i.e. 600m3 or 15 points. Most people will demolish and rebuild.
Closer to the city the price is around half a million dollar. Can't afford that.
The good thing being the land belong to you and not the least land.
