Click the rotate button, you could rotate the view by 360 degree.
Click the little arrow, you can do a virtual tour of the suburb.
I don't think the street view was taken by the satelite. Somebody must have taken photos of all the streets last summer. Notice all the brown grass and the sun. How they took the 360 degree in such a great details is mystery. Virtual tour to all areas is now possible thanks to google. It is a free service too.

Now...it is more easy to track someone...
Our IT technology now is so advance and in the near future, I am sure that our privacy in the house or room would also could be viewed! Be careful...guys... :-)
