Lower grade fish for state, higher grade to ‘mother ship’

I read this report from The Borneo Post today. Refer to the this link http://www.theborneopost.com/?p=39541.

The information is confirmed and disclosed by Fisheries Department Authority. The subsidy diesel suppose to be allocated to the local fishermen but was instead provided to foreign fishing vessels that unloaded the good catch to 'mother ship' and left the lower grade fish for the state. The local fishermen were left with no fuel and risk losing their livelihood.

This is something that all MAlaysians shall seroiusly think about to what happens to the country.
